Tutisus – Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Items must be returned in like‑new condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Items marked “Final Sale”, including clearance or discounted products, are not eligible for return or exchange

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Tutisus Customer Service by email or phone within the 30-day window to request a return authorization

Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for the return.

Once authorized, you will receive detailed instructions, including whether a prepaid return label is provided (if offered), or if you must arrange return shipping at your expense.

3. Shipping & Costs

Prepaid shipping may be provided at Tutisus’s discretion for returns or exchanges.

If not, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (including expedited or free-shipping thresholds) are non‑refundable.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact Tutisus immediately.

Tutisus will arrange the return at no cost to you, and will refund or resend the correct item promptly.

5. Refund Processing

After receiving the return and completing inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing time typically takes 5–14 business days after the item arrives.

Note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

If your preferred item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Any price difference for upgraded exchanges will be your responsibility.

7. Policy Limitations

Tutisus reserves the right to refuse returns if the item shows obvious signs of usage or does not meet return conditions.

Abusive or excessive return behavior may result in suspension of return privileges.

This policy is subject to change at Tutisus's discretion, but changes do not affect rights already granted under this policy.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your legal rights, especially in cases of defective or misdescribed goods, as governed by applicable consumer protection laws.
